Eden Esports Grants Finnish Broadcast Exclusivity to Pelaajat

After a successful run with the European Champions Cup, we’re proud to announce that we’ve partnered up with to broadcast the Champions Cup Finals in the Finnish language.

The obvious pull for the Finns is their homegrown star-child, ENCE, that was announced as the first invited team for the Champions Cup Finals. However, it probably won’t be as “EZ4ENCE” as they hoped, with the side unable to recover after letting go one of their star players, Aleksib, to OG’s new CS:GO squad.

However, Arttu Hämäläinen, partner at Pelaajat, remains optimistic. “This is a great opportunity for them [ENCE] to give an early christmas present to our viewers!” he said. With the likes of G2, Team Spirit and Movistar Riders and Hard Legion already confirmed for the event, it looks like the competition will be fierce.

We’ll also be hosting the Pelaajat team in Malta for the event, a first for them. Arttu said, “We also have a chance to do extra content from the arena and also from the beautiful country of Malta. It’s not so common that a Finnish production crew has a chance to travel with ENCE and give our viewers what they deserve: Class A content at the venue!”

We look forward to working with Pelajaat at the Champions Cup Finals and beyond! Catch their Twitch channel over on
